DCOM got error "Overlapped I/O operation is in progress. "
and was unable to logon .\IWAM_US-HOU-WEB01 in order to
run the server:
{3D14228D-FBE1-11D0-995D-00C04FD919C1}

Please Help

This can happen if the user account credentials assigned to the anonymous
account used by IIS4 has fallen out of sync. IIS keeps a local database
including it's acct credentials, if the info in AD has changed then you need
to force IIS to re-synch.
Go to Intepub\AdminScripts and run 'synciwam.vbs' from a cmd prompt.
