Event Viewer Error EVERY ONE SECOND?? [ID=7023] Help Please

Event Id # 7023 'service control manager'
category none
type=error
Messsage is "The Application Management service terminated with the
following error: The specified module could not be found. "

This entry/error 'LITERALLY happens once every Second' !??

I have no idea how to fix/stop this.

Yes, I have checked the MSFT KBArticle but it didn't fix/address my
problem.

Please help if you can.

Which edition of Windows XP are you using?

Adding or removing a program may generate Event ID 7023:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/328213

In case you're using Windows XP Home Edition, you may try removing the following registry key (backup first!) to see if it resolves the problem.

Create a System Restore point first
Click Start, Run and type Regedit.exe
Navigate to the following branch:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AppMgmt

From the File menu, choose Export to backup the branch to a file (.reg)

Select the "AppMgmt" branch and delete it.

Exit the Registry Editor.
