Event Viewer descriptions missing

We are trying to get the Shutdown event tracker working, but the descriptions
in the event viewer are missing information. This is not the only service
that this is happening to. Are we forgetting to include some applications or
Dll's?

Here is the error:
The description for Event ID ( 1074 ) in Source ( USER32 ) cannot be found

Hi Mike,

Make sure you have drvmain.sdb (where the message strings are stored) in
your image. I think it's an orphaned file (no owning component) so you can
copy it manually (belongs in C:\WINDOWS\AppPatch). I believe though there
was a QFE that addressed this so if you don't have that consider updating
your DB.

If you already have drvmain.sdb in your image then take a look at this
thread. Try adding the registry data that Doug suggested.
