Event & reminders

I have deleted a birthday from a contact.
I keep getting a reminder for the event, that I can't open, delete, dismiss
or snooze.
Any ideas on how to get rid of the reminder?

Try starting Outlook once with the /cleanreminders switch. If you need help

Thanks but that didn't fix the problem.

The window tells me it can locate the recurrance info for the appointment.

Any other suggestions?

So did you or did you not already check to make sure the actual birthday
event is not still in your Calendar folder somewhere? Deleting the reference
to the event from your Contact will not remove the event from the calendar.
