I get the following Error messages in my event log. Can
you help me figure out what they mean and how to get fix
them?

You may try going to http://www.eventid.net/ and do a search entering the ID
number and source. It does refer to the sam file which may call for a
restore from backup or a repair install using the fast repair option which
may work even if you did not make a ERD disk as it can try to use the repair
folder backup to fix the problem. --- Steve
