Event log ID problems?

Hello and Thanks,
I constantly recieve an System event log concerning
i8042prt, event ID 26. I don't know what it means or if I
sould be concerned.
I just recieve an application Event ID 4097. This is the
only time the properties has ever suggest I contact
Microsoft concerning any events. Can someone explain what
this identifies? I have search knowledge base and came up
empty.
Any and all will be appreciated.
