Winlogon.exe Error Message

When I try to loginto any of our three server as
Administrator or Other Admin accounts I recieve the
folowing error. The system generates a stop error and
then reboots. After a few tried I can get back in.

Have you tried deleting/recreating the administrator's profile? You might
have some profile corruption.
