Event Log Error 1002

Several of my client systems are experiencing 100% CPU
time with a specific module. The error logged in the
Event Log is as follows:

Event ID: 1002
Hanging Application nlnotes.exe, version 0.0.0.0, hang
module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

Wonder if anyone knows about this or experienced the same
problem relating to Lotus Notes.

I have a suspicion that this problem is caused by a
connection timeout on the Notes server with the client
systems if there is a period on inactivity. If so, where
in the registry can I change the timeout value?
