Event ID: 7031

We have a Windows 2000 TS with SP3 and is currently
having issues with the following message appearing in the
system event log and event id: 7031; "The Print Spooler
service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time
(s). The following corrective action will be taken in
60000 milliseconds: Restart the service."

This happens once in a while when somebody prints to a
network printer. Does anyone know what the fix is? I
know there is an SP4 available now but does this actually
fix it?

No, it's highly unlikely that SP4 will fix this problem, since it
is probably caused by a printer driver that is not TS-compatible.
The correct way to solve this is to uninstall the printer driver
from the Terminal Server and map the printer to a native driver.
