event id 4609. report it to ms and stop it, how?

I just reformatted and reinstalled. I never had this error before. Got it
after installed SP2 and before I run Windows Update. But still get error now
even after I run windows update, which gave me 57 updates btw I don't
recall anything ever asking me in Event Viewer to report the error to ms, so
how do I report it? See error below:

d:\qxp_slp\com\com1x\src\events\tier1\eventsystemobj.cpp. Please contact

PS: the com+ event system and the com+ system application services are set
for Manual in my services.msc.

The error shows you what file is causing it
'd:\qxp_slp\com\com1x\src\events\tier1\eventsystemobj.cpp'

This is a c++ source file. I'm not sure what program is calling this, but
you should be able to tell looking at the directory 'd:\qxp_slp';
