Event ID 206 every 30 minutes

I have a win2k server that has been logging warnings for
Event ID: 206 from NetDDE. It has been happening every
thirty minutes almost to the second.
In addition, the application log has been logging Event
ID: 213 from the License Service every 15 minutes.
It's really slowing things down since our CRM software
for runs on that machine.
Our admin put in a new win2k domain controller a few
weeks ago. Unfortunately, I don't know many details about
the installation. Any ideas??
