event id 206 listen failed:15

hi,

Lately my windows 2000 DC is having these error Event id
206: listen failed:15. The source is netdde. Any idea how
to resolve this problem as i could not find any solution
from Microsoft knowledgebase.

I've not personally encountered that error, but maybe the information at the
