Event id 1500 and 1508

I could not find a terminal server area for Windows 2003 sp1. This server,
about once a week will give, always different users, a message that it cannot
load the user profile and will not allow the user to login.

The event id's are 1500 and 1508 with the 1508 reporting insufficient rights
or low system resources. A reboot normally handles the issue but frustrating
to have to reboot during production hours.

Load UPHclean on system as all troubleshooting that I can find does not
solve the issue. Now UPHClean does not help.

Any ideas and thank you in advance.

Since there can be several variants of event id 1508 it would help if you
can provide the exact description as recorded in your event log.

Eventid articles are good to follow for this error. Also make sure you are
using the latest UPHClean. It should be version 1.6d. If you are
constantly having problems, work around for this is to schedule a restart and
delete profiles that have not unloaded properly, you can use something like
tsshutdn and delprof (2K3 resource kit).
