event ID 1002

When I use the riht click of my mouse to see the for example the property
of some mp3 or divx, explorer.exe restart. I don't konw why and I don't
know how to find a solution: the event viewer tell me the that the source
is winlogon with Id 1002. pls SOS help me ..tnx in advance!
 
tnx for the link I saw it, but the solution? I tried but the problem is
always the same the shell crashes and explorer.exe restarts...
