Event ID 1002 — DHCP Client Address Conflicts

I went through my system error logs and I discovered this error: The
IP address lease for the Network Card with network
address 001FE1682F03 has been denied by the DHCP server
(The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).

What does it mean and how can I get correct it?

No action is required on your part. The DHCP server on your private network
is just telling the operating system that it can't have the IP address The OS will request a new IP address.
