In Regedit I cannot find Clsid\clsid value\localserver32, how do I fix the

{03E0E6C2-363B-11D3-B536-00902771A435} seems to be related to
LuComServer.exe or Lucoms~1.exe which is the Symantec LiveUpdate Engine COM
Module. LiveUpdate for Norton PCAnywhere, Norton Personal Firewall or
Norton Internet Security.
