To troubleshoot the error do a search in the registry for the GUID
{F3A614DC-ABE0-11D2-A441-00C04F795683} That will at least identify the
problem service or application and will help narrow down your searches.

Thanks the link helped a bit. I read that more than one instance of msmsgr
may be running. I checked taskmanager and I only have one instance running.
