Event ID:1001 Source: Save Dump

I have a PC that reboots spontaneously. The event log
shows Event ID:1001 Source: Save Dump. The message says:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x00000024 (0x0019025e, 0xbb194340, 0xbb193f98,
0xbff1003f). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini011304-01.dmp.

Can someone tell me why this is happening?

Could be a power supply issue.
