Event ID 10005 Source MsiInstaller error

I am trying to install the Remote Desktop Connection to my Windows 2000 Server, but I got an error. In the Event Viewer, I found the follow error

Event ID: 1000
Source: MsiInstalle

Description

Product: Remote Desktop Connection -- Internal Error 2203. C:\WINNT\Installer\73fc43.ipi, -214728703

Does anyone know what this is and know how to fix the problem
