Drive U: is on the local webserver. But when installing frontpage 2002
extension, there is no file copied on the drive.

Check in your services and make sure the Microsoft Installer service is
started.

Thanks for the response Ryan, I want to know how can i check if my Microsoft
Installer service is started?
