If you have hotfix Q329170 loaded, try to remove it.
Otherwise, you should be able to stop the print spooler
before you shut down. The command from a CMD window is
NET STOP SPOOLER. You can use the Group Editor (RUN >
gpedit.msc) to create a logoff script (NOT a shutdown
script) that will automate the process.
 
Wrote a log off script for the print spooler and this
corrected the issue.
