Even stranger Explorer behaviour!

If I view a folder of photos with Explorer, the file names don't
correspond with the image.
As a basic example, I have two photos called Joolz.png and Rosemary.png.
Viewing them in Explorer (Thumbnails or Filmstrip view), the Joolz.png
displays a photo of Rosemary and the Rosemary.png displays a photo of
Joolz. If I then open them in Photoshop the titles DO refer correctly to
the pictures!!!
It seems Explorer has crossed wires. Your thoughts please

Right click the image and choose Refresh Thumbnail.
If you want to refresh the thumbnails of lots of images then run this
command from command prompt to delete the cached thimbnails :
del /s /q /a "C:\Windows\thumbs.db"

change c:\windows to the path of folder in which the images are located.

Good Luck, Ayush.

Thankyou. That appears to fix it. But why does it happen?
