If you don't accept it you cannot use the software.

What do you mean you "just got a message"? Did it just pop up out of
nowhere or are you trying to install software? Please post back with a
better description of what you are doing.

Read it. Either agree (usually by hitting F8 if there is not a box to
check), and carry on, or decide to disagree, and not install the
software
