Ethernet adapter "..not load the installer for Net. ..."

Trying to install an ethernet card under Win 2000 on PIII

Tried D-Link DFE-530TX and another card that have worket
well before but drivers will not install, se the error
message in subject

What's wrong?
 
Configuration of your win2000 is screwed up. Repair. Check for viruses.
