Establishing Remote Assistance connection.

In trying to resolve a problem on a client's PC, they
invoke a "Request for Remote Assistance" which I accept.
But the connection fails with a message "Remote Assistance
could not be established because the remote host name
could not be resolved".

If anyone has a solution please let me know. Microsoft's
knowledgebase wasn't much help.
