Establishing email connection with Outlook 2007

Outlook gave an error message that it couldn't open the Outlook page (open
Outlook 2007). After researching MS help, I clicked on the FIXIT button for
this error message. You then have to reestablish online email connection with
your server.

I put name and email address and password in required information areas--it
appears to be looking for my information online--then it locks up. I have
tried this numerous times with the same results. Any ideas?

Where are you getting your e-mail settings? Contact your ISP or consult
their web page for assistance - most ISPs post mail account setup directions
prominently on their site.

Thanks for your response; however, I figured that one out by setting it up
manually--wouldn't work with the wizard. Now I'm back to square one with the
message being "Can't open Outlook page" (or something close to that) which is
what got things started in the first place. Any ideas for that??
