ESS Modem On Hold Utility 2.0

Hi all

Somehow or other, i have this installed on my computer.
It is a pain in the backside.
Does anyone know if and how this utility can be deleted ?
I would appreciate some help.
Please email me directly in case i can't find my way back
to this noticeboard.

Might want to check at control panel>Add/remove programs.
