Errors on Windows XP

Whenever my computer starts up, I get a box that comes up and it says:
SYSFADER: EXPLORER.EXE -- APPLICATION ERROR
The instruction at "0x02410065" referenced memory at "0x00000000." The
memory could not be written. I click OK and it cancels the operations. I
does come up but it goes into Safe Mode. Any thoughts?

I don't know where sysfader.exe starts from. I have lots of NVIDIA crap,
but not sysfader.exe.

If there is an icon next to the clock for sysfader.exe, right click it and
look around for some option related to start when Windows starts or similar
and disable it.

Failing that.

Start | Run | Paste this in the box and click OK.

%allusersprofile%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

See if you see any reference to sysfader.exe, if you do, right click and
Delete. Answer YES to any pop up messages.

Failing that.

Start | Run | Paste this in the box and click OK.

%homepath%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

See if you see any reference to sysfader.exe, if you do, right click and
Delete. Answer YES to any pop up messages.

Failing that.

Open System Information...
Start | Run | Type: msinfo32 | Click OK |
Click the [+] next to Software Environment |
Click on Startup Programs | In the right hand pane look for reference to
sysfader.exe | Highlight it | Hit Ctrl + C to copy | Paste that in a message
and post back

Or hit Ctrl + A to highlight everything in the right hand pane, Ctrl + C to
copy and paste in a message a post back. You can use Ctrl + V to paste, or
right click and select Paste.

Someone will try to help get rid of it.
