I have been trying to setup an internet connection on my
laptop computer. It runs on Windows xp pro.
When I go to ControlPanel/InternetOptions/Connections/Add
I get the following message:
" Cannot load the Remote Access Connection Manager
service.
Error 711:A configuration error on this computer is
preventing this connection. For further assistance, click
More Info or search Help and Support Center for this
error number"

When I try to start the Remote Access Connection Manager
in Services I get the the following message:
"Could not start the Remote Access Connection Manager
service on Local computer.
Error 5: Access is denied"

Does anyone know what to do.
