error550 ?

hello
im using outlook for my Email and just lately when i try
to send emails to my relative in the uk i get an error
message :
193.252.22.143 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 550 Error: Message content rejected.

this has only been happening the last couple of weeks and
i had no problem at all previously.

i can send mail to this address through hotmail easy
enough so the address is ok .
i really do prefer to use outlook (2002)
any help greatly appreciated.

That message is coming from the recipient's mail
provider. *Your* mail provider is listed on a couple of
DNS blacklists. Look here - and then contact your ISP.

oh ok,thankyou very much for your help. i find it strange
why for nearly 2 years ive been emailing my uncle on this
address .now blacklisted? is it because of outlook ?
please excuse my ignorance ,but im not really computer
literate.
