Mail Failure problems

I tried to send emails to people and this is the message I got back,
immediately, is there something going wrong in my outlook send, it is only to
optus.com.au at the moment.

User and password not set, continuing without authentication.
203.13.126.132 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 5.1.1 <[email protected]>: Recipient address rejected:
User unknown in relay recipient table Giving up on 203.13.126.132.

Hard to say without any configuration information or background information
to work with.
From the looks of it, you have not properly configured your account. More
specifically, your authentication to the SMTP server is not correct.
Contact your ISP for the correct settings.
