I have an error and my event source said it is two things

RASMAN and Service Control Manager

I keep getting this error and it causing my computer to
freeze up for a minute

Description: The Remote Access Connection Manager service
terminated with the following error: specified module
could not be found.

How can I fix this problem? or what is causing this and
why?
