I'm assuming you found this in the error log. Could you double click the
error and give us the source and the ID please.
 
Can any one help me to understand what this error means and maybe how to
correct it . I am running XP home version thanks.
the error says
OpenExclusive failed config. TBD The system cannot find the file specified,
Error 4534408
