Lately,I been getting two error messages close to
startup.One of the message said "monitor start-unable to
set talkback system hook." The other one said Application
fatal error- "unable to load BJcom runtime.I tried to use
the windows XP search option by using key word to search
the programs and folders to find out how to fix problem
but to no avail. What do these error messages mean.Could

Hi, Dallas. I Googled for your "monitor.." error and "BJcom" and got
nowhere. Some program or process is trying to start with Windows and
not finding what it needs. Since those terms didn't get any Google hits
and aren't familiar, I'd be suspicious of them. First, go to Start>Run
and type "msconfig" without the quotes. Look on the Startup tab for the
likely culprit and uncheck the box next to its name. Click Apply and
OK. Next, scan with a current antivirus program (meaning a version not
earlier than 2002 and using updated virus definitions). Then remove
spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and
Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs
before running them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal
tools in Safe Mode.
