Error

When I'm on my Cingular page and try to preview a ringtone this box comes up:
X is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try
installing the program again using the original media or contact your system
administrator or software vendor for support.
What does this mean, and how can I fix it?

Hi,

I am assuming you are in Internet Explorer 7 on Vista? Many websites have
not upgraded to support IE7 yet. I know that even Microsoft Exchange -
Outlook Webmail doesn't support IE7 on Vista without some patches. My work
won't patch the Exchange Server without serious testing so I am stuck using
Mozilla for Webmail for awhile until they get the patches applied.

Contact the webmaster for Cingular and let them know and then find another
browser to use for the time being.
