Error with windows mail

Iam running windows vista and use roadrunner email but we currently switched
to FIOS. I can recieve email but cannot send email how can I still use my
roadrunner

If you've switched to FIOS (as offered by your local telco), I'd very much
doubt your RoadRunner account's still active.

Even if it is, you won't be able to Send from the account using those
settings when connected to the internet via a different ISP.

Your brief mention of "FIOS" is troubling because I think it's only
offered by Verizon. Can you confirm that Verizon is now your ISP?

You may be able to get Roadrunner SMTP working by enabling send
authentication:
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
The box for "My server requires authentication" must be checked.
