error with SP2

I've installed SP2 last monday, but, before that anybody can access my pc,
I've been trying to modify configs in the Windows Firewall, but appears a
message error taht says "error 10047: can't start firewall/ICS service". In
the control panel in the services, i can't modify anything, 'cause appears
the same error msg.. what can I do??
