Error With Norton Antivirus

The following mesage comes from Norto AntivirusWindows
file Ccpasswd is not correctly registered. When I try to
run this program it is not found on Windows XP
prfessional. How can I correct this .

Please contact Norton for support with their products. Microsoft can't
support them.
