error window

Whenever I start my computer, I get a window on my desktop screen as
follows:

A file is damaged which prevents this software from starting properly. This
can occur when a newer version is installed over an older version. To solve
this problem go to our website and download the latest version.

I have no idea which file is damaged and which website to go to because I do
not know which software they are talking about.

Please help me remove this persisting window.
 
You'd be better off posting this to a newsgroup related to whatever
operating system you're using.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
