error when trying to publish to a remote web site

I just started aking a college class for FrontPage, I am using version 2003.
When i try to publish to the school's site, I enter the web address I am
supposed to use, then enter my username/password. It trys to connect then
gives me an error saying " Server Error : Cannot open file "services.cnf" for
writing" . Anyone have any experience with this problem and any solutions?

Ask your provider to fix this error.
