Error when trying to access Internet Options

When I click Tools-Internet Options while in Internet
Explorer 6 I get a message that says "This operation has
been canceled due to restrictions on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator." This is a
home computer that only I use. This is a recent problem.
When I access Internet Options in the Control Panel it
will not let me type in a home page. What can I do to
correct this? Thanks.
 
Download Spybot Search & Destroy. It will allow you to enable/disable these
functions.
