Error when opening outlook 2007

i get the error pop up when i open outlook 2007 i have just installed office
2007 professional
i have tried re installing with no help
CANNOT OPEN YOUR DEFUALT E-MAIL FOLDERS.
THE FILE C\USERS\KYLLIE\APPDATA\LOCAL\MICROSOFT\OUTLOOK\OUTLOOK.OST IS NOT
AN OFFLINE FOLDER FILE

please help

Did you previously have Outlook on this machine and was it connected to an
Exchange Server?
