Error when modifying another users calendar

"The item could not be saved because it has been modified by another user or
in another window"

I have rights to two other's calendars. I modify them all the time. Two days
ago this error started and hasn't gone away.

Any thoughts?

We ended up deleting the delegates and reestablishing the links which
apparently has solved the problem.
