Error when installing sp4

Hi

I've downloaded sp4 (the full version) and tries to
install it on a server with Windows 2000 sp3. But I get
the following error :
"Service Pack 4 Setup Error.
The file c:\winnt\apppatch\shcmn.dll is open or in use by
another application.
Close all other applications and then click Retry."
I've restarted the server but still get the same error.
I've tried to stop several services that is running on the
server, but that doesn't help either.
The server is running BackupExec 8.6, Symantec AntiVirus
Corp Ed. 8.1.0.825. Very few other applications installed.
It is the domain controller and a file server.

Anybody who knows what to do??

I would try disabling you anti-virus software before trying to update

I've already tried it, but it didn't help.
I've also tried to stop several other services
(BackupExec).
