error on installing SP4 (sysmain.sdb)

Dear all,

Can anybody help me with the following problem. When
installing SP4 for Windows 2000 i get the following
message : "c:\winnt\apppatch\sysmain.sdb is opend or is in
use bij another application" (this is my translation of
the dutch message (c:\winnt\apppatch\sysmain.sdb is
geopend of wordt door een andere toepassing gebruikt)).
Does anybody know what the problem is and how i can fix
it.
