error when exporting into excel

I get this error when trying to export to excel. "Unable to open
about:balnk.The internet site reports that a connection was established but
the data is not available." Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix?

You are exporting from inside what program?

Are you exporting from Access to Excel or Word to Excel or exactly what?
 
I am exporting a report from inside a Cerner application. There is an option
to export to Excel, but when I do I get that error. I am not sure if it is
the Cerner application or something missing in Excel. Have you ever seen
that error before? thanks for your help.
 
Hi April,

I haven't see that problem with Excel so it may be the external web site.
Sorry I don't really know anything about that other program.
