Error when declining Appointment

Application: Outlook XP
Operating System: Windows XP

When the user opens the item in his inbox and selects
decline and then any of the options (edit response, etc.)
his Outlook crashes and the error report states there is
an error was encountered in the NTDLL.DLL file.

The error also gives the following information:
AppName: outlook.exe
AppVer: 10.0.2627.1
ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1217
Offset: 00054137

I suggest upgrading to Office XP Sp2. I checked the watson reports and no
crashes for this have been reported for Sp1 or Sp2.
