error when collecting mail

I have two accounts set up in outlook 2003. when collecting mail one of the
accounts generates an error condition that causes outlook to restart and does
not successfully collect the mail from that account. the other account
functions just fine. The error message is not specific and merely says it is
generating a report (which was sent once to Microsoft).

Any help will be appreciated

What is logged to the Event Viewer?

Does it still happen when you clear the mailbox or just the message causing
you the issues by using the webbased mailclient?

Tips of the month:
-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

IT continues to occur even after using the web mailclient to clear the inbox.
I donot have current access to the event viewer so i am not sure what is
displayed there. The message that outlook created and sent to Microsoft
included a memory dump of some kind though (not sure if that helps without
the actual dump)
