Outlook will not collect email from ISP

I am using Outlook 2003. My default email account is assigned to Beeb.net.
Outlook periodically collects email from that Pop3 mailbox and delivers it to
my Outlook inbox. It has stopped doing this. If I access the Beeb.net site
via webmail, I can see my incoming mail there, but for some reason Outlook
will not collect it. I have checked my mailbox account settings, and every
test come up as OK. so why can't I collect my mail from the Beeb.net mailbox?

Do you receive any error messages when you try to receive mail from Beeb?
