Error When adding the windows 2000 professional computer to the existing domian

Our configuration is with two windows 2000 server domain
controller. One main and other redundant. We faced error
When adding a new windows 2000 professional computer to
the existing domian. it gives the following error
"Your computer could not be joined to the domian because
the following error ha occured"
" The directory service was unable to allocate a relative
identifier" OK.
